Fire-resistant cabinet for hazardous substances effectively provides thermal insulation and protects the substances stored inside. It protects against fires and prevents the spread of fire in the event of contact with chemicals.
Stable and durable fire-resistant cabinet construction:
- made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm,
- external finish: acid-resistant epoxy resin,
- internal finish: made of panels with high resistance to chemicals and aggressive vapors.
Safety and fire resistance:
- air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts at temperatures above 70 °C in accordance with standard 4102-6,
- automatic door closing system, which activates when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C,
- thermo-expanding seals ensure perfect cabinet tightness in the event of a temperature rise, in accordance with EN14470-1.
Fire-resistant cabinet equipment:
- 4 storage levels, including 1 bottom sump tray with grating,
- grounding, leveling feet,
- non-sparking hinges,
- key lock,
- marking compliant with ISO 3864,
- design allowing replacement of spare parts if necessary,
- optionally, the cabinet can be equipped with a fan or filter fan in standard or EX/ATEX version.
