Product variety – thanks to our wide range of protective components, you can perfectly match the size, thickness, strength and colour to the tasks at hand.
Vertical mesh – prevents people from climbing onto the panels or inserting their hand more than 12 cm. The narrow mesh size ensures a minimum distance of 120 mm from the hazard and saves valuable space.
Properly sanded – the covers and components of the barriers are safe; they will not cause cuts or damage clothing.
Impact tests – carried out by independent organisations to the high standards of TÜV. The tests are carried out on all components making up the barrier.
High durability – depending on the type of guards and fixings, you can choose barriers with a resistance of up to 6,000 joules. Such guards can withstand impacts from heavy-duty robots or forklift trucks.
Versatility – all components use the same mounting points. You can mix and match different types of panels and components as you wish, adapting them to changing conditions on the production line.
Standards and certifications – our fencing meets all the necessary requirements! It is manufactured and tested in accordance with the EUROPEAN MACHINERY DIRECTIVE, the ISO 13857 standard and the American ANSI/RIA standards.
Colours – you can choose the colours of the posts and frames to suit your preferences; we paint all products at the factory in any colour from the RAL colour chart.

The STRONG mesh panel is the strongest protective panel, suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications in high-risk environments.
Tested for impact resistance at an energy level of 6,000 joules, together with the entire STRONG system.
Mesh size: 20 x 100 mm.
Frame: 30 x 20 mm.
Dimensions of standard panels:
- width: from 200 mm to 1500 mm.
- height: 1400 mm, 2200 mm or 2500 mm.
Colour: grey – ensures the best visibility throughout the danger zone.

Mesh panel – SMART: a lighter protective panel, the most popular choice and highly versatile.
Tested for impact resistance at an energy level of 2,100 joules, together with the entire SMART system
Mesh size: 20 x 100 mm; the narrow mesh size allows a minimum distance of 120 mm to be maintained from the hazard.
Frame: 19 x 19 mm.
Dimensions of standard panels:
- Available in 8 widths: from 200 mm to 1500 mm.
- Available in 3 heights: 1400 mm, 2200 mm or 2500 mm.
Colour: grey offers the best visibility.

Polycarbonate panel – CLEAR, ideal for applications where full visibility is required.
A heat-resistant, fire-retardant material with excellent fire-resistant properties.
The panel is tested for impact resistance at an energy level of 1,600 joules, together with the SMART system.
Mesh size: 20 x 100 mm.
Dimensions of standard panels:
- width: from 200 mm to 1500 mm,
- height: 2200 mm.
Frame colour: black RAL 9005.

Sheet metal panel – SOLID – provides protection in areas where welding sparks occur or where there is a risk of substance splashes.
The panel was tested for impact resistance at an energy level of 1,000 joules.
0.7 mm thick profiled steel sheet.
Frame: 19 x 19 mm.

- height: 2100 mm, 2200 mm.
Colour: grey – ensures the best visibility throughout the danger zone.

STRONG fastenings – sturdy and durable
The best choice for harsh conditions or where there is a high risk of collisions with robots or forklift trucks.
Based on sturdier 80 x 80 mm posts, complete with a strong bracket.
The fastenings can be easily moved up and down to accommodate uneven surfaces.
Together with the STRONG mesh panels, the system is tested for impact resistance at an energy level of 6,000 joules.
RAPID mounting system – quick and easy access
It provides quick and easy access to the danger zone when necessary.
The system consists of an upper and lower bracket fixed to a 60 x 40 mm post.
The upper bracket has a unique locking mechanism that secures the panel in the correct position.
The system has been tested for its resistance to an impact with an energy of 1,600 joules.
Choose a door that suits your work style.
Doors that can be opened freely, including sliding, hinged, telescopic, folding, linear and automatic doors, and single or double doors.
They can be constructed from mesh, polycarbonate or sheet steel panels to suit the chosen security system.
Single or double hinged doors – the standard, most popular type of door. The standard opening width is approximately 500–1500 mm. Panel heights are 2050 mm or 1250 mm, and they are available in 6 widths.
Single or double sliding doors – constructed with an aluminium top rail, within which the guides move the door leaf along a single track. The bottom guide rail keeps the door leaf in the correct position, making the sliding doors very stable. The standard opening width is approximately 700–1500 mm.
Telescopic doors – can be opened fully, providing unobstructed access to the interior, and do not take up any space widthways. They are fitted with telescopic rails for the sliding mechanism, and the door leaf is hinged to the door frame. This makes it possible to open the sliding door leaf fully, even when there is little space in front of the door.
Folding doors – accordion-style, take up very little space when open. The doors are 2050 mm high and between 700 mm and 1500 mm wide.
Automatic doors – fitted with a motor. They can be manufactured in a range of sizes, with widths from 965 mm to 2965 mm.
Choose the right locks for your security doors
When choosing a lock, factors such as the frequency of use, the cabling in the area in question, whether it is a hazardous area, and whether the environment is automated, etc., should be taken into account.
You can choose from a range of security options, from simple magnetic locks and Euro-cylinder locks to locks offering the highest level of security.
Hazardous areas should be fitted with an emergency exit system to prevent doors from closing and locking whilst a worker is inside.
