LOTO audit - detailed

A detailed LOCKOUT/TAGOUT audit consists of:

• preparing a list of devices covered by the LOCKOUT/TAGOUT system,
• reviewing and documenting all hazardous energy isolation points and existing hazards indicated by the Client,
• recording the numbers of switches/valves, their locations, and assigning them to the machine they shut down,
• determining the appropriate lockout devices for the energy isolation points.
