Withdraw from the contract here

The 4safety.pl online shop is a platform aimed primarily at business customers. The statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to business entities for which the purchase is of a professional nature (including commercial law companies, e.g. limited liability companies (sp. z o.o.), general partnerships (sp. j.), etc.).

Under the current legislation, this right is available only to:

1.      Consumers (natural persons making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activities).

2.       Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (sole traders) – that is, natural persons entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where it is clear from the content of that contract that it is not of a professional nature for that person. The professional nature of the contract is verified, in particular, on the basis of the subject of the business activity (PKD codes), as recorded in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).

The following rules apply to the aforementioned eligible groups (Consumers and Business Customers with consumer rights):

Time limit for withdrawing from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the Online Shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The period for withdrawing from the contract expires 14 days after the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party (other than the carrier and designated by you) took possession of the goods.

How can you notify us of your withdrawal?

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by email).

You can send the statement, for example:

You may use the statutory model withdrawal form or the form attached to our terms and conditions, although this is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer).

We will refund your payment without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund your payment using the same methods you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to an alternative arrangement. In any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

This must be done without delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you post the item back before the 14 days have elapsed.

Important: You will be required to bear the direct costs of returning the goods to our warehouse. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods..
