Fire-resistant cabinet for 1-2 gas cylinders size M 30 min 595 x 600 x 2050 mm

Fire-resistant cabinet designed for storing 1 gas cylinder Ø 26 cm or 2 cylinders Ø 21/23 cm. The cabinet has been tested for 30 minutes in accordance with the EN14470-2 BV standard. It effectively protects against fires and prevents the spread of fire in the event of the cabinet coming into contact with flames.

Stable and durable fire-resistant cabinet construction thanks to:

• Made of electrolytically galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 - 2 mm,
• external finish: acid-resistant epoxy resin,
• internal finish: melamine panels with high resistance to chemicals and aggressive vapors.

Safety and fire resistance are ensured by:

• Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers that close the ducts at temperatures above 70 °C in accordance with standard 4102-6,
• Cabinet insulation using several high-density mineral wool panels,
• a door closing and locking system that allows the doors to be kept open and automatically closes them when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 °C.

Equipment of the fire-resistant cabinet for chemicals:

• 1 galvanized steel shelf for small gas cylinders,
• through-holes for gas pipes with a diameter of 12 mm, located in the middle and upper part of the cabinet,
• design allowing replacement parts to be exchanged if necessary,
• grounding, leveling jacks.
• optionally, the cabinet can be equipped with a fan or a filter fan in a standard or EX/ATEX version.
