30-minute fire-resistant insulated cabinet designed for storing 3 cylinders with a Ø of 26 cm or 4 cylinders with a Ø of 21/23 cm in workrooms. The cabinet was tested for 30 minutes in accordance with EN14470-2 BV. It effectively protects against fires and prevents the spread of fire in the event the cabinet comes into contact with flames.
Stable and durable construction of the fire-resistant cabinet thanks to:
- made of electrolytically galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 - 2 mm,
- external finish: acid-resistant epoxy resin,
- internal finish: melamine panels with high resistance to chemicals and aggressive fumes.
Safety and fire resistance are ensured by:
- air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers closing the ducts at temperatures above 70 °C in accordance with DIN 4102-6,
- cabinet insulation using several high-density mineral wool panels,
- door closing and locking system allowing the doors to remain open and automatically closing them when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 °C.
Equipment of the fire-resistant cabinet for chemicals:
- 1 galvanized steel shelf for small gas cylinders,
- through-holes for gas pipes with a diameter of 12 mm, located in the middle and upper part of the cabinet,
- design allowing replacement of spare parts if necessary,
- grounding, leveling jacks.
- optionally, the cabinet can be equipped with a fan or filter fan in a standard or EX/ATEX version.
