Premium Plus 8/10 lithium-ion battery charging cabinet – maximum safety and full control
The Premium Plus 8/10 cabinet is an advanced solution for safely charging lithium-ion batteries with a total capacity of up to 6 kWh. It was designed for maximum protection against fire and explosions, combining certified lockEX 2.0 technology with modern monitoring and remote alert systems – even without internet access.
Premium Plus battery cabinet equipment:
- Full fire protection – automatic power disconnection in the event of overheating or smoke.
- Remote management – SMS and app notifications, as well as the possibility of integration with the BMS (Building Management System).
- Two strips with 9 sockets each (230 V or 400 V), up to four charging levels, ventilation with active thermal valves.
- Durability and mobility – robust construction with double doors and versions on feet or wheels; ideal for flexible deployment in various locations.
- No fire resistance time limit – an effective barrier against the spread of fire and sparks.
- lockEX technology with controlled pressure reduction – a special spring lock prevents the door from opening in the event of an explosion
- Advanced fire and smoke protection – fire-resistant seals, a system preventing smoke ingress, thermocouples in ventilation openings
Application: ideal for use inside production halls, warehouses, workshops, service stations, and anywhere safe charging of lithium-ion batteries is required.

Premium Plus battery storage cabinets have met the test requirements for fire-resistant storage cabinets for lithium-ion batteries in the event of uncontrolled temperature rise.
The test confirms that the solution meets the highest fire safety standards and addresses real risks occurring in industry.
What does the VDMA test cover?
- simulation of ignition and the so-called thermal runaway of Li-ion batteries,
- verification of whether fire, temperature, and fire gases remain inside the cabinet,
- assessment of the protection of the surroundings, infrastructure, and personnel.
