30-minute fire-resistant cabinet, intended for storing flammable liquids.
- In the event of a fire, the doors (at temperatures above 50°C) and the cabinet ventilation openings (at 70°C) close automatically.
- 4 storage levels: 3 adjustable steel shelves and a 22-liter sump tray
- Doors equipped with a lock and a system that keeps them in the open position. Base facilitating transport by trolley and leveling feet.
- Certificates: DIN EN 14470-1, CE marking, TUV NORD, and compliance with AwSV.
Stable and durable construction of the fire-resistant cabinet:
- Internal fittings: made of sheet steel.
- External finish: cabinet body made of flame-retardant material, class B1
- Cabinet doors: painted light gray (RAL 7035) or yellow (RAL 1007).
Safety and fire resistance:
- Fire dampers and doors: automatic ventilation dampers (air inlet and outlet) close automatically when the temperature around the cabinet rises to 70°C.
- The automatic door-closing system activates automatically when the temperature rises to ≤50°C.
- Fire protection: the entire structure tested for fire resistance of more than 30 minutes in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1 (Type 30).
Fire-resistant cabinet equipment:
- 4 storage levels: including 3 steel shelves with height adjustment every 32 mm and 1 bottom spill tray with a capacity of 22 liters (compliant with AwSV regulations and bearing the Ü mark according to StawaR), with a perforated sheet metal cover serving as the first storage level.
- Integrated grounding connection (compliant with TRBS 2153, preventing the formation of ignition sources) and adjustable leveling feet allowing compensation for uneven floors.
- Mobility: easy transport with a pallet truck.
- Built-in mechanism for locking (holding) the doors open and a key-lockable cylinder lock.
- Marking: certified safety labels compliant with DIN EN 14470-1, TRGS 510, ISO 3864 and ASR A1.3.
- Ventilation: exhaust connection on the cabinet roof – the design permits operation in accordance with TRGS 510 also without connection to an external air extraction system.
