Fire-resistant cabinet for hazardous substances effectively thermally insulates and protects the substances stored inside. It protects against fires and prevents the spread of fire in the event of contact with chemicals.
Stable and durable construction of the fire-resistant cabinet:
- made of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm,
- external finish: acid-resistant epoxy resin,
- internal finish: panels with high resistance to chemicals and aggressive vapors.
Safety and fire resistance:
- air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers closing the ducts at temperatures above 70 °C in accordance with standard 4102-6,
- automatic door closing system, activated when the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C,
- thermo-expanding seals ensure perfect cabinet tightness in the event of a temperature increase, in accordance with EN14470-1.
Equipment of the fire-resistant cabinet:
- 4 storage levels, including 1 bottom tray with grating,
- grounding, leveling feet,
- strong steel handle along the entire length of the door,
- non-sparking hinges,
- key lock,
- marking compliant with ISO 3864,
- design allowing replacement parts to be exchanged if necessary,
- optionally, the cabinet can be equipped with a fan or a filter fan in a standard version, or EX/ATEX.
