- 90 min fire resistance: EN 14470-1 certificate; automatic door closing and ventilation duct sealing system at fire temperature.
- 3-module system: separate sections for flammables (3 shelves + tray with grate) and acids and alkalis (2 chambers with 2 shelves each) with three-wing doors.
- Chemical protection: galvanized housing coated with acid-resistant epoxy resin; interior made of chemical-resistant HPL laminate.
- Safety and installation: equipped with grounding, non-sparking hinges, leveling jacks, and key locks; weight 310 kg.
- Certification and options: compliant with EN 16121 and EN 61010; optional ventilation (standard or EX/ATEX).
Three-door cabinet for hazardous substances intended for storing chemicals, toxic substances, and flammable materials. The fire-resistant cabinet module tested for 90 minutes in accordance with EN14470-1 BV. It effectively protects the substances stored inside during a fire. The cabinet with modules allows several types of hazardous substances to be stored in one place, under safe conditions.
- Ventilation:
- preliminary preparation for ventilation through a Ø 100 mm opening
- extension of the manufacturer's warranty up to 3 years for cabinets connected to ventilation or equipped with ventilation/filter-ventilation devices
- the design allows replacement parts to be exchanged if necessary
- FIRE-RESISTANT MODULE:
- internal finish: melamine boards with high resistance to chemicals and aggressive vapors
- door closing and locking system allowing the doors to remain in the open position and their automatic closing when the ambient temperature is higher than 50 °C
- 30 mm thermally expanding insulating seals which, in the event of a temperature increase, ensure excellent sealing of the enclosure, in accordance with EN14470-1
- ACID/ALKALI MODULE:
- We recommend equipping the cabinet with a fan or filter fan in standard or EX/ATEX version.
Note! The entire cabinet is not fire-resistant. Compliance with EN14470-1 applies to the flammable materials module. The chemical modules comply with EN 61010-1.
