Development of the general LOTO procedure

It consists in outlining the objectives, scope, and responsibilities related to work requiring the isolation of energy on equipment. The LOTO procedure takes into account the objectives and scope of application as well as the organization of work with the LOTO system on the employer's premises.

The developed procedure makes it possible to define proper conduct for individual employees, both in terms of the practical use of LOTO and the control of elements important from the system’s point of view. It includes, among other things, the method of cooperation with subcontractors, defines the methodology for conducting training, its frequency, the form of control, and the method and scope of conducting verification audits.
