90 min fire-resistant cabinet is the ideal solution for the safe storage of lithium batteries. It provides battery protection against fire, leaks, and other hazards.
- The cabinet housing is made of cold-bent steel sheet.
- Interior finish made of melamine boards with high resistance even to aggressive vapors.
- Hydraulic door closure at ambient temperatures above 47°C.
- The ventilation ducts close at a temperature of 70°C.
The cabinet has a quarantine system.
In the event of a fire, if the batteries ignite, a special fuse will activate the mechanism that rotates the shelves and move the batteries into a water tank located at the bottom of the cabinet. At that moment, the batteries will also be disconnected from the charging source.
The battery cabinet includes:
- insulation consisting of high-density fiber panels resistant to high temperatures up to 800 °C,
- a pallet base facilitating cabinet transport,
- certified automatic closing valves,
- spark-resistant hinges,
- single right-hand door*,
- internal sockets for charging batteries,
- height-adjustable feet,
