90 min fire-resistant cabinet is the ideal solution for the safe storage of lithium batteries. It provides protection for batteries against fire, leaks, and other hazards.
- The cabinet body is made of cold-bent sheet steel.
- Internal finish with high resistance even to aggressive vapors.
- Hydraulic door closing at ambient temperatures above 47°C.
- The ventilation ducts close at a temperature of 70°C.
The cabinet has a quarantine system.
In the event of a fire, if the accumulators ignite, a special fuse will activate the mechanism that rotates the shelves and moves the accumulators into a water tank located at the bottom of the cabinet. At that moment, the batteries will also be disconnected from the charging source.
The battery cabinet includes:
- insulation consisting of high-density fiber panels resistant to high temperatures up to 800 °C,
