Classification of flexible barriers
Flexible barriers - purpose and classification
Learn the specific features of individual models of energy-absorbing flexible barriers. Choose a model suitable for the needs of your facility. Save money thanks to the possibility of choosing barriers adapted to impacts from pallet trucks or forklift trucks.
Pedestrian safety barriers
Protective barriers for pedestrians provide safety for operators and all passers-by who have access to areas at risk of collision with vehicles moving around the facility.
The height of the barriers is ideal to provide complete protection for pedestrians against possible impacts.
The barriers are modular and versatile. It is possible for the user to adjust the length. Even after installation, the barriers can be moved, reused and adapted to other areas requiring protection or to new needs.
The highly visible color allows operators to immediately identify pedestrian zones, reducing the risk of collisions.
Barriers protecting infrastructure
Barriers for protecting machines, racks, vehicle routes and all places exposed to impacts. At the same time, the barriers work well as a visual guide for drivers of vehicles and forklift trucks.
The material they are made of has been carefully selected, examined and tested for maximum impact resistance.
They are characterized by speed and simplicity during the installation phase. In addition to the division based on vehicle traffic in the environment, they can also be divided into:
- modular barriers
The length of individual models can be determined individually depending on needs. Connected together, they create a safe traffic route
- barriers in ready-made sections
Standard lengths with no possibility of extension, shortening or other modification. A simple solution for areas only locally exposed to impacts
Modular barriers or in ready-made sections
Floor bumpers
Low barriers work well for protecting walls and guiding vehicles. Available both in standard lengths and made to individual dimensions. Standard models for both heavy and light traffic available in lengths from 500 mm to 4000 mm.

Posts and bumpers
Rack legs, doors, gates, loading docks and all protruding elements can cause many losses if they are not properly secured. Forklift truck operators often have limited visibility, which makes infrastructure elements vulnerable to impacts and abrasions.
https://youtu.be/ie6DbKvHPTgPosts and pillars also often pose a hazard when maneuvering vehicles
Barriers and bumpers for protecting columns improve visibility while also protecting against damage.
Columns can be protected by:
- standard barriers mounted to the floor
The distance from the column should be at least 100 mm. Barriers for every column size. Designed for heavy traffic.
- floor barriers
For heavy and light traffic - two beam thicknesses to choose from depending on needs
- bumpers requiring no installation
The bumper fits against the column on 4, 3 or 2 sides depending on the selected variant. Available in several heights.
Flexible gates
Gates have the same features as flexible barriers. Their design allows installation both on posts and other infrastructure elements, e.g. walls. Versions are available for both light and heavy traffic. The gate opening can be adjusted to suit needs.
